Enjoy a great small group day tour to the town of Nis, Serbia – the birthplace of the Roman Emperor Constantine the Great.
The meeting point for the tour is behind Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, near café La Cathedrale – please be there at 8:15. The departure is at 8:30.
The travelling time to Nis is about 2.5 – 3 hours on a scenic road. Nis has a rich history and it has preserved heritage from Romans, Slavs, Ottomans and Soviets.
There, you will have a 2-hour guided tour in historical part where you will see the old fortress, the square of liberation and its monument and the old town. Your guide will tell you in details about the rich history of the place.
After this, you will have about 2-hours free time which you can use for a lunch break (the guide will suggest you some traditional places) and for shopping.
The expected return in Sofia is at 18:30.
