• Booking in advance and confirmation is required!  
• Meeting time: 8:40 am - the van/bus departs at 9:00h am and will not wait if you are late! 
• Meeting point:  Vasil Levski Monument, Yanko Sakuzov Blvd 7 - search for the City Tour van/bus. https://maps.app.goo.gl/NUaZjr5pww2CBsAd7   Return point: returns to the original location.
• Modest dress is required when entering the monastery – shoulders and knees must be covered.
• Don’t forget to bring a swimsuit for the spa.
• During busy summer weekends, bringing lunch from Sofia is recommended to save time.
• Please warn us if you have a 0-2 years old baby when you make the reservation so that we can prepare a special seat for them
• For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, any customer who appears intoxicated at the time of the tour will not be permitted to participate. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
• Guides are not obligated to provide guided commentary while inside the bus. Explanations and guided tours typically take place at designated stops and attractions rather than during transit.
• There will be NO guided tour inside the Spa complex
• Spa entrance fees are not included and are paid on site.
• Don’t forget to bring a swimsuit and flip flops (towels can be loaned on site).
